Devon Ayer is the Vice President of Programs, Strategy, and Business Development at Imagine Canada, a national organization empowering charities, nonprofits, and social enterprises to achieve their missions. Her work focuses on building sector capacity, supporting nonprofit leaders, and fostering collaboration to address community challenges.

Outside of her professional role, Devon currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Kinbridge Community Association, promoting community wellbeing in the Waterloo region. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two young children, exploring new places, and creating family adventures.
