What Information do we Collect and Retain?

For purposes of conducting research, assisting our clients, on-boarding new clients, delivering courses or email communication, Bridgeraise may collect personal or company information such as personal or company names, email addresses, phone numbers, website addresses and other information pertaining to previous work history and/or business information. Giving us this information is 100% voluntary and you are able to use our website anonymously.

How do we use Collected Information?

Information collected will be used strictly for the purpose collected which may include:

  • Client on boarding.
  • Client research and program development
  • Client strategy sessions.
  • Client communication.
  • Hiring subcontractors.
  • Coaching sessions.
  • Newsletter communications.
  • Improving our services.

All information is kept in strictest confidence and will not be willingly shared, sold or given to anyone without your written consent. Only team members who require information will be able to access it.

Bridgeraise does collect website analytics data which provides statistical information about usage but does not include personal information about individual users.

Bridgeraise may use cookies to help capture preferences and browser recognition of returning users. You can reset your browser to disable any tracking via cookies, but certain website functions may not work without cookies being enabled.

Bridgeraise uses professional third parties to help host our site and programs, therefore those third parties may have access to systems that house information that we have retained. If this happens, reasonable protection is given via limited use and access of only areas necessary for improvements/processing/service.

Bridgeraise currently does not store or retain any payment information online or offline.

Bridgeraise will share information when necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, subpoena, legal process or enforceable government request.

Bridgeraise will also share information when necessary with appropriate law enforcement to protect our business, directors, subcontractors and/or clients from fraud, illegal activity (including harassment) and/or network security.

Although all reasonable efforts are in place to protect your data and information sent to us through our website or other programs, the internet is not a 100% secure environment and Bridgeraise cannot guarantee the security of any information that is sent to us online.

Refunds will be looked at under extenuating circumstances, and provided after the workshop date.
